we had an 8 hour delay with our plane, but the late checkout at quetzalcalli allowed us to shower, enjoy a tasty breakfast, and still go for a tour. the room was spacious and clean, while the area around the rooms was large and green with plenty of parking available. it’s also very close to attractions.
the bathroom was rather small.

The location was great, being just a nice walk away from the Teotihuacan Pyramids. I enjoyed the breakfast that included pancakes and fresh fruit, although there could have been more options. The large courtyard was a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the communication with the reception could have been better, especially regarding changes in massage pricing and the availability of certain amenities.

would definitely recommend for a fleeting trip
Clean room, delightful garden, with the added bonus of a free parking area, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions on foot.
Don’t have any issues at all.

The garden was a peaceful spot for relaxation.
First, we had major issues with the Wi-Fi. it barely worked, and I couldn't get a signal most of the time. Additionally, the bathroom was ridiculously tiny, making it very uncomfortable to use. To top it all off, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. not only was it limited in options, but my request for milk was met with a ridiculous charge.

I almost thought this place would be fantastic, but then the WiFi only worked for 5 minutes and my toilet wouldn’t flush. I was shocked they didn't upgrade my room after all these problems. And the breakfast? A mere apology of free food, I had to pay more for anything decent! Just couldn’t give more than a 6.

Families will enjoy it a lot
The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We had a great time in the lovely garden area , where we could all hang out after a long day and look at the temples in the distance.
The rates were on the higher side , but acceptable considering the location.
